A lot has changed in 32 months since my last post. For one thing, I thought the number was 18, then did the math. Grasp of time, as others have noted, has been a casualty during the Covid-19 pandemic, to put it mildly. It has taken an additional month to assemble the pieces that make websites go. In the two decades since I began a website, technology has evolved to make publicity easy and continuous—a 24/7/365 torrential insta-flow. Media channels change in the blink of an eye. Backroom tasks add up.
I continue to enjoy blogging, old fashioned as it is, to practice writing along with sharing art. The most important function of the blog is to connect with colleagues and friends, known and yet to meet. Going forward, I plan to send a blog-email every other month. I hope you’ll decide that receiving a notice from me is worthwhile.
